Before your reserve

Reservation is best made at least 2 days in advance. For special occasions or group bookings, please try to book at least one week ahead.

Deposit is required for booking of 4 pax and above. We will contact you for details of deposit payment directly via WhatsApp. Before you reserve, please read our reservation information below.

Reservation Information

Cancellation Policy

You can book a table 12 months in advance via our website which shows our live availability. For further assistance, our reservation lines are open 9am to 7pm daily.

The restaurant’s continued viability relies on reservations being honoured by our customers, and adequate notice being given of any changes or cancellations. Accordingly, the following applies:

  1. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for any booking that is cancelled, or if numbers are reduced without prior notice.
  2. For all bookings, you must notify us of a cancellation or any changes to the number of guests at least 24 hours prior to your booking.
  3. Golden Happiness Restaurant reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of RM25 per person for any bookings changed or cancelled within this 24 hour notice period.
  4. The cancellation fee reflects the cost incurred by Golden Happiness Restaurant in terms of staffing, food, and any lost revenue, as a result of turning away other potential bookings.
  5. We will notify you if any cancellation fee is applied.
  6. Any bookings which fail to turn up without any prior notice, will also incur a fee of RM25 per person.
  7. Where possible, Golden Happiness Restaurant's team will actively manage restaurant bookings by checking attendance with the main guests/contact we have in our bookings diary.


How can I amend my booking?

If you already have a booking with us, you can amend or cancel your booking via your confirmation email or text message.

Shall you still request assistance, please give us a call and a member of our team will be able to help you.

Menus & Dietary Requirements

If you or a member of your group has an allergy, intolerance, or any other special dietary requirements, please let us know when you book in advance, and our team will be ready to accommodate on the day.

Do take note that short notice or last minute request may not be possible.

Cakes, Celebrations & Decorations

You are more than welcome to bring your own celebration cake with you. Just let us know during the booking and or at least 48 hrs. Due to health and safety regulations, we won’t be able to serve it to you, but we can present it at your table after your meal and keep it aside for you to take with you when you leave.

We also offer a personalised table setup for your special occasions. Request for table setup and decorations must be made in advance, directly to us via WhatsApp at +60-12-886-2886.

Gift and Pre-payment

If a loved one, friend or colleague is dining with us and you’d like to treat them to a bottle of champagne or some vouchers towards their meal with us then please call us on 084-316-389 and we will organise this for you.
